Privacy — Blooming Games

Blooming Games ("we", "us") operates bloominggames.ca and is building the mobile game Beaver or Bust. This page explains what data we collect on this website and what we do with it. The mobile app, when released, will have its own privacy disclosures via the App Store.

What we collect on this site

Email address, only if you submit our waitlist form. We use it to notify you when Beaver or Bust launches and nothing else.
Basic traffic data (page views, country, referrer) collected by our hosting provider, Cloudflare. This is aggregated and does not identify you.

Third parties we use

Cloudflare — hosts this website and provides analytics. See Cloudflare's privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Formspree — processes waitlist form submissions and stores your email until we import it into our newsletter tool. See formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

What we do not do

We do not sell your email or share it with advertisers.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this website.
We do not set marketing cookies.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us at info@bloominggames.ca. We'll delete your email from our list within a few business days. You can also request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page when our practices change, particularly once the mobile app launches. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
